A tropical wave east of the windwards will suffer the same fate as the last one last week when upper shear teared it apart and this one will meet the same fate as there is an upper low just north of Hispanola.

Looksl like it is already being affected by the shear. Already elongating SW-NE. Clouds already streaming NE.

It would be nice if we got some rain from it though! The last one skirted to the north and south of us and we could only watch it go by from the shore.

Its very quiet there even for June; shear is still high and hasnt really lessened much like I had expected. No TC formation is likely in the short term.

June is the month when we would normally see a TUTT set up. This is what we're seeing now. Remonds me of the TUTT that destroyed Debby in 2000. The question is, will it remain intact, and as strong as it is now?
