Flare of Convection on Mid/Upper Low SE of Bermuda

If it can last maybe we can get the mid to upper level spin down to the surface and get something most likely subtropical to form, if not even tropical. But right now it looks at best to be subtropical.!!!!!!! :grrr:

I think it will be like Juan last year. It is organized, but they aren't sure whether to call it tropical or subtropical. Of course, this won't head northward, it will hear northeastward based on the currents. I think it still has potential, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't form.
