Worldwide Tropical Update: 14 July (NEW CHANGES!!!)

The 14/06Z update is posted featuring...

* Tropical Storm Blas (03E)
* Tropical Depression Kompasu (12W)

Also...
* A bunch of links were added to the left panel of the home page
* Hong Kong webcam was posted for TD Kompasu on the right panel of the home page
* Changed the destination on a few links under "Storm Specific Links"
* Marked Kompasu off the names page
* Removed La Réunion region names from last season and posted 2004/2005 names in its place
* Reflected Kompasu on the summary page

Also...
* Radars from both Taiwan, courtesy of the Central Weather Bureau, and Baja California, courtesy of Servicio Meteorológico Nacional, have been posted for Kompasu and Blas, respectively.
