NONAME at EPAC TD4-E forms

Well here is a new TD in the EPAC 4-E but no threat to land as it is moving west away from the Mexican coast.

Cool. It is about time the EPAC is getting active. We'll see if it gets to Celia. Water temps are warm for now.
