The Atlantic Basin appears to be awakening. Is this the real beginning of the Season?

as I posted on another topic of similar topic, if it's going to develop it better do so now before it gets in the e caribbean and slow down. Systems of this type usually need to slow to develop unless their on the recurve and going extra-tropical.

You are exactly right and it also is going to be encountering dry air still present at all levels in the E Carribean.
