FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
A VIGOROUS TROPICAL WAVE...CENTERED ABOUT 275 MILES EAST OF THE
SOUTHERN WINDWARD ISLANDS...IS MOVING RAPIDLY WESTWARD NEAR 25 MPH.
THIS SYSTEM HAS SOME POTENTIAL FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT BUT THERE ARE NO SIGNS OF TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION AT THIS TIME. EVEN IF THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT...THE WAVE IS EXPECTED TO BRING
BRIEFLY HEAVY RAINS AND GUSTY WINDS TO PORTIONS OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY.

Wave.....
When they move this fast(25mph) it's hard to close of a west wind. Derecho has a Scat. on another post and winds are almost completely east(although quite strong). The TPC also must have viewed that as they are pretty low key about it. We'll see
