Looks like it could be a possible split of the wave.. The deep convection to the north is not moving west like the rest of the rotation/models..It's also mentioned in the HPC statement posted earlier by ameriwx2003..

I hate to be the TC Reaper so early in the season :roll:
but even IF a TD forms before (or south of ) PR and Haiti, climo really doesn't provide much hope for a few days.
