Nowhere near 29.3 n...Are there 2 centers of low pressure?

It's all just one broad area of low pressure. An LLC is located near 29.3N, which you're referring to.

There is a LLC at 29.3N 72.8W, but no thunderstorms around it or anything.

To me it still looks to be attached to the decaying old frontal system. Fortunately for the system it's located near the Bahamas where at least the water temperatures are favorable for development. I still don't give up with the tropical wave, hope is the last thing that goes away.

These waves going to have to gain my hope back, because as of none i dont have hope for now of these systems. They have broke my poor hope heart. They played to many games.

The blob due east of Bahamas...any relation to the old UUL that sheared 97L??..It's in the area near the last place I remember....Could the front have merged with it and made it warm core??

I don't believe this will develop. We've had systems look much better than this and couldn't develop this season. Watch it but I'd be suprise this thing develops in light of other disturbances.
