With the Cape Verde season a few weeks away those waves that from now on that will emerge West Africa will have to be watched more closely but of course not every one of the waves go ahead and develop but a handfull will get ideal conditions and then develop.I anticipate an active CV season but the wildcard that will determine how active it will be will be how the SAL factor will play in the tropical atlantic during the Cape Verde season.
