system in w atlantic

believe it has potential, it definitely has a ull associated with it about 70 w long. but possibly a ridge right to the right forming, over some convection. This ull looks to be stationary or moving very slowly west. So either the ull will have to work itself down to the surface, or that ull will have to work itself out and let the ridge form on the eastern side.
There is a huge dry line still moving away from the low towards fla, so we may get alot rain now, but if that dry line retrogrades towards fl, pops will defin. go down.
looks like several models on this website are picking up a system off of Africa including the ukmet.
