99L could be reconstructing it's self, really......

SE of the visible circulation there is another circ. Could it be trying to rebuild it's self???... The convec. is creeping closer to the "New" circ. Interesting....

I'm not seeing anything at the sfc there...only a mid level circulation near the upper level one ...looks like some alto cu swirling.
