91L will be a Depression tomorrow, Bonnie by Wednesday. :)

92L too early to tell. Nothing is imminent because of cooler waters and dry air.

Looking at that train and the number of probabilities compared to the high number of healthy tropical waves that could emerge from Cape Verde during next two months I think we on the Islands should pay special attention to the tropics for the rest of this season. We could be on the target sight for African Artillery during the next couple of months begining with 91L 92L and next to come...

Being upgraded depends on where it is located. The islands are not US territory but if 91L was located where Alex was located when he was upgraded, 91L would have been a TD by now.

Think they want it to pass over the islands first in order to get readings insteading of spending the money on fuel to get the planes down here. A reasonable economic decision, I'd say.

Don't care, though, surf's up! I'm gone!
