No Development in Atlantic

Good Evening Folks, in reviewing both 91L and 92L it is clear that neither is going to develop. Both are really taking a beating from Mr. Shear.

Yes, I know that. Windshear can really kill a good storm. Henri(A worthless TD.) was torn apart by shear over L.I. and basically dissipated. ALEX has experienced no shear, which is good, but the cold water has started to take its toll.
