Just a quick note of thanks for providing the webcam views from the west and southwest coast, particularly Lee County and Ft. Myers Beach area. This has been a particularly tough week for my mom and dad, as my grandmother passed away after a brief illness. They had to fly up to Minnesota for the funeral and did not have the usual amount of time to prep their house, which sits on an inlet off Hurricane Bay about a 1/4 mile from the San Carlos Blvd. bridge, which crosses the short distance over the pass onto the island. As the cam pans, I am able to see the bridge and the general vicinity of their neighborhhood thus allowing me to keep them abreast of the local conditions.
Needless to say, everybody up and down the coast is in my thoughts and prayers today.
