An air force plane that went into tropical storm Earl didn't find a low level circulation and because of that it has been downgraded at this time to a tropical wave.However as it moves westnorthwestward enviromental conditions appear favorable for regeneration so all interests in the western caribbean sea and in the Gulf coast must watch what happens in the comming 12-24 hours with this tropical wave.Another plane will fly into the wave tommorow morning.
Hurricane Danielle is moving NW as it feels the upper trough to it's west and that same trough will begin to weaken the system as shear will increase from the SW by tonight and more by tuesday.The maximun winds are clocked by sat estimates at 105 mph.No threat to any landmasses from Danielle.
A strong tropical wave is located SSE of the Cape Verde islands.It is accompanied by scattered showers and thunderstorms.If development occurs with this wave it will be slow.
Elsewhere...Tropical storm formation is not expected theu tuesday.
