This is the august update of the ENSO models at link above.
The line for el nino to officially be declared so has not been crossed although some warming of el nino 3 area has taken place in recent weeks.Data of +1.0c at el nino 3 is not sufficient to trigger el nino.You have to see +2.0c and above to then say yes we have el nino.But this august model update for ENSO show a more warm trend from more models and those are forecasting a very weak el nino by the fall but having little effect on the atlantic hurricane season as a weak el nino has little influence.
