If they eye develops more before the 11pm advisory, this could become a cat 2 bye 11.

Yes 16 plenty of dry air but the moist air is overtaking that dry air as it moves west.

we need some shear to advect the dry air into the storm. All Atlantic TC's have dry air surrounding them
