A CHANCE THAT FRANCES COULD RECURVE...IF IT FINDS ENOUGH WEAKNESSES
IN THE RIDGE BUILDING NORTH OF IT. BY EXTRAPOLATING THE NHC DAY 5
POSITION...HAVE DECIDED TO SHOW GRADUALLY INCREASING NE TO E WINDS
FRI...BECOMING WINDY SAT.
