I know that the 11 pm advisory, discussion, and track map from the NHC for Frances is extremely important as it will reflect for the first time observations from the initial flight into the storm. Could our experts give us some insight as to exactly what type of observations from the flights into tropical systems the NHC and computer models find most important?
