Chances of an eye to reform?

What are the chances of the eye reforming a tad to the west.....right in the center of that bullseye of convection that has been blowing up?

I wonder what is restricting the outflow on the West side of the storm?

That's where the eye *is* now-- watch it clear out in the next few frames... looks like the turn is complete, and the storm is restacking... then off to the W to WNW, with restrengthening
