A diiferent System?

#1 Postby jlauderdal » Fri Sep 03, 2004 5:09 am

Ok so winds are down and the cane has weakened and started to spread out and slowed. However, lets not get too excited because a lsow moving weaker system can be a huge rain producer over a much larger area. We have seen TD's or just tropical lows bring huge rains to South Florida in the past, the noname storm comes to mind from several years ago. Flooding is typically a much bigger problem in tropical systems so lets not think that if it gets weak that this event does not have big possibilities.
