South Florida still not out of the woods. Looks like Frances will do what ever she wants. COMMENTS?

Brand new GFDL run takes it west into Palm Beach County. This was the right outlier model so watch out.

IR has been very unclear for the past 6 hours as to motion and center location. The most recent IR loop shows eye wall redeveloping it will be more clear as to direction in the next couple of hours.
