Just talked to Rainband

They've been without power for 2.5 hours now but says they're doing ok. He's in Noerth Pinellas County where it looks like Frances may exit.

Power keeps flickering here at my house in Palm Harbor (North Pinellas).
But there are a few trees down in the immediate neighborhood and lots of debris.

It has been ok for the past 20 minutes or so, so maybe Rainband will get power back on soon.
