An observation...

#1 Postby Stormtrack03 » Mon Sep 06, 2004 10:13 am

Just to let yall know how wide a area Frances covers, Im seeing a lot of rain from the outer bands of this storm here in Charleston SC, its been raining nonstop since 3 am or so last night. I already heard reports of some low lying areas flooded, and with all the rain we got from Charley and recently Gaston its not a good situation, hopefully it will end soon. And of course I'm concerned about Ivan too.

Frances is going to affect alot of people. The entire East coast has been innudated with rain this whole summer.

The irony is that back in the Spring, we were talking about fires and drought conditions in Florida.
