depending on where ivan ends up will he restrengthon to a 3 4 or a 5 when it its landfall

Intensity forecast skill is very limited. No one can say for sure, or even fairly confidently this far out, but it is possible. Unless of course you mean landfall on the islands... but I doubt you would mean that, of course.

He could be a 3 for the islands, still. Not more than that I think, though.
