T number for 99L=1.5,TD#10 very soon?

#1 Postby cycloneye » Tue Sep 07, 2004 7:53 am

DATE/TIME LAT LON CLASSIFICATION STORM
07/1145 UTC 31.3N 39.5W T1.5/1.5 99 -- Atlantic Ocean

This is what I call a real fish because it is in the middle of the ocean away from any landmasses. Will it be TD#10 later today? But if it develops ir wont be of a long duration because cooler waters awaits it.

Is there a chance it will affect Azores?

This is former Ivan/Jeanne/97L wannabe - exited Africa before Ivan to the north of Cape Werde island and looked for a while that it might get it act together. It has the last chance now.

That probably dropped 97L as 'no chance to develop/dissipated' - the image still points to the previous location, not to the current one.

If they get down to the end of the list of names, they will begin using the greek alphabet, I believe.

It's pretty well organized. Convection isn't quite as strong as yesterday, but it still is possible for the upgrade.

It is naked swirl right now. Unless it gets convection going soon, it is dead. Cool waters lie ahead.
