Tornado outbrake underway

Well perhaps not an outbrake - but 36 have so far been reported! Spawned in the mosit air mass that was once Frances...

If it ain't an outbreak, it is close enough to one for me. I drove through or really close to an F1 several years ago, and it tore up the town I lived in pretty well. One of those this morning was only about 6 miles from my new house.

In a word... "Yikee!"

Tornado outbreak

Frances has now spawned 63 tornadoes through 3pm today. The only hurricane to spawn more was Beulah in 1967 (this info just given out by TWC)
