NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
630 PM AST TUE SEP 7 2004

AT 630 PM AST...2230Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF COLOMBIA HAS ISSUED A
TROPICAL STORM WARNING FOR THE GUAJIRA PENINSULA. A HURRICANE
WATCH AND A TROPICAL STORM WARNING ARE NOW IN EFFECT FOR THE
GUAJIRA PENINSULA OF COLOMBIA.

AT 6 PM AST...2200Z...THE GOVERNMENT OF BARBADOS HAS DISCONTINUED
ALL WARNINGS FOR BARBADOS.

THESE CHANGES WILL BE REFLECTED IN THE 8 PM AST INTERMEDIATE
ADVISORY.
