The one place I would be worried about would be Lk. Worth. I understand the is where C and F crossed in the state.

The Charley/Frances "X" is in Lake Wales, SE part of Polk County and 25
minutes ESE of me.
A woman is coming to my home today to pick up the five adults cats I fostered during Frances. She lost her mobile home in Charley and the cats were at the emergency shelter in Bartow. The woman just had moved into her new home and was going to pick the cats up last Friday when she was ordered to evacuate due to approaching of Frances. The cats have been having fun in my son's bedroom, but will be glad to be with their owner.......til Ivan approaches NOT.
