Public advisory on Isis???

#1 Postby hurricanefreak1988 » Wed Sep 08, 2004 10:44 pm

Why? I know I'm late on this but I just got back to my computer. No watches or warnings up and it's not a threat to land. Pretty odd.

They don't issue Public Advisories unless watches or warnings are up for land.
