Someone asked about Dr. Bill Williams earlier
Last Night there was a question about Dr. bill williams here in Mobile and what he thought. In this mornings paper, he says we still have to watch Ivan, but"If you live in Panama City, I'd be nervous." So I guess he's thinking Panhandle.
