New Orleans Voluntary Evacuation

Mayor Nagin just announced a voluntary evacuation for New Orleans and that all residents should get prepared. Says from what he has heard from the NHC he is not confident that the High will break down enough for it to change direction enough for New Orleans not to be affected.

Yes. We are now under a VOLUNTARY EVACUATION.
