Fox News in New Orleans

I just saw Rick Leventhal on Fox News standing on the river front. Why is he here? Does his visit mean anything?

About the same thing as Jim Cantore in Panama City -- which isn't much. :)

Dan Rather was here in NOLA on the eve of Lili's landfall doing scare pieces on how badly it could wreck the city.
