THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF
SOUTHERN ALABAMA
FLORIDA PANHANDLE
SOUTHWESTERN GEORGIA
COASTAL WATERS
EFFECTIVE THIS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND THURSDAY MORNING FROM 350
PM UNTIL 200 AM CDT.
TORNADOES...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS
LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 80 STATUTE MILES NORTH AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 55 MILES NORTH OF MOBILE ALABAMA TO 35 MILES
NORTHEAST OF TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA.
