Jeanne--Last 12 hours?

#1 Postby guanaskip » Fri Sep 17, 2004 11:00 am

11 pm 19.4 69.7
2 am 19.4 69.9
5am 19.5 70.1
8am 19.8 70.9
11am 19.5 71.2

Is it really moving much?. One tenth (7 miles) north movement and
1.5 west (100 miles) in 12 hours.
Seems stuck on Hispaniola.

True.. but the 8 mph is a good sign.. It does mean she's starting to move a little quicker

If it remains stationary over the mountains ... certain result is the end of Jeanne.

I noticed at 8:00, tropical winds extended 70 miles, and at 11:00 am they extended 200 miles. Does this mean anything (and please don't respond with "means it is windy 200 miles from the center).
