Anyone know of Peter Ray, a meteorology professor at FSU? Is he considered a force (pardon the pun) in hurricane forecasting? Did he have anything to do with the new FSU superensemble computer forecast modeling?

He used to be the chair of the Florida State Meteorology dept. . He had some kind of hurricane device that tracks the winds and run of a hurricane, he is still with the dept; right now he teaches general meteorology class.
