Question for anyone with access to the FSU Superensemble...

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

Question for anyone with access to the FSU Superensemble...

#1 Postby Steve » Tue Sep 21, 2004 8:57 am

It was noted in JB's column this morning that for the 3rd run in a row, the FSU-SE takes Jeanne into the Gulf of Mexico. I don't buy the solution (I don't think he necessarily does either), but I'm wondering what it actually does with it as far as the Gulf. I'm asking because I'd like to know how this handles a trapped type storm without much push and a potentiall double or triple staller before landfall or heading out to sea at this lattitude.

Thanks in advance.
