I know a lot of people either fawn Joe or bash him. His column today (for whatever reason) is free (probably get a popup compliments of Accuweather). So if you don't know Joe or wondering what he does, you can check out the text of his column today. It's a little less radical than usual, but it gives you an idea of what he does. I read it this morning, but someone on CFHC noted it was free today so I wanted to pass along Joe's thoughts.
