LOL...I love how they DREW IN the eye for all of those systems! Look at how the eyes are all perfectly round and the same size. Even the puny Typhoon Ruth (looks more like a frontal trough) has an eye. Hilarious!

I don't they they were drawing in the eyes as much as the dots are there to help label them.

Yeah, you're probably correct. I forgot this was 1967, when colors didn't yet exist :D
