I think the low pressure system that formed into the monster Cat 5 storm named Ivan that wreaked havoc all over the place should be remembered for ALL that it did, and that includes looping around, entering the GOM and restrengthening. It should all be listed under one name, its one system.
Plus think of how neat the historical track would look.
A small part of me would think it would be cool to have it be renamed though, to push this season further towards using the Greek alphabet. But nonetheless, I'm going to stick with Ivan.
I am happy with what seems to be the NWC/NHC's decision.
