He will be updated at 11 most likely depending on whenever they want to write one for it. The NRL now has it as 30kts and 1009mb.

They will probably issue a special tropical disturbance statement or a special advisory before 11 PM.

Good Point..Especially if the recon data supports a TD or TS..no sense in waiting till everyone is in bed..
