Which model projected Frances the best ?

Just curious....looks very similar to the path that Frances took.

NASA and NOGAPS did the best for Frances.

both of those models show a due west track until landfall

It did well... but it was off with Ivan... the GFDL was spot on on saying Charley landfall though.

Yoda...the GFDL did not handle Frances well at all...

What model worked well with one system may not necssarily work well with the current system. Conditions will always vary from storm to storm.
