Bartow, FL could be at the crossroads of its 3rd TC!!

I believe Bartow in Polk County is the intersection of where Charley and Frances crossed paths. Let's hope Jeanne gives them a break.

Bartow is so pretty, too. Lots of huge trees, many old, charming, quaint cottages.
