NRL site shows Jean at 80kts pressure 968mb
At 5pm it may downgraded to a Cat 1 with 90mph winds.

Unless recon reports otherwise the intensity will be 80 knots at 5PM.
However...the forecast will still take Jeanne up to 95 knots before landfall.
