Will NHC Upgrade Jeanne To Cat 3 At 5 AM...?

#1 Postby Hurricane Cheese » Sat Sep 25, 2004 3:15 am

Based on the satellite info seen following the eclipse, and the dvorak estimates of 115-120 mph, will the NHC upgrade Jeanne to Major Category 3 Hurricane status at 5 am??

Thoughts...?
