Jeanne Seemingly Alot Wetter than Frances, Early Stages
Just in the first bands of Jeanne in Broward, we seem to be getting ALOT more rain than with Frances. Just a heads up, this could cause alot more problems. Anyone else notice this?

The NHC did say this is a rather wet system. Keep in mind, however, that Frances was a very large system. The rainfall intensity would likely pick up more gradually with such a large system. Jeanne is considerably smaller than Frances, so the intensity of rain would likely increase more rapidly.

But it is currently moving much faster than Frances. I hope it keeps up the momentum as this will cause less rainfall than if she sat over you for a long period of time. On the other hand you have to add forward speed with wind speed which could cause more damaging winds.
Guess I just stated the obvious. The old brain is shutting down already. LOL
Best of luck to everyone. Stay safe and don't take any unnecessary chances. ((((((Everyone)))))))).
