Eye Diameter of 2004 hurricanes

#1 Postby MGC » Sat Sep 25, 2004 9:54 pm

Jeanne is coming ashore with a 40 mile wide eye. Ivan had a 30 mile wide eye. Frances had a 30+ mile wide eye. Only Charley eye was the smallest of the major landfalling hurricanes this season. This sure has been a season of big eyed canes......MGC
