AT 6 AM EDT...1000Z...THE EYE OF HURRICANE JEANNE WAS ESTIMATED
NEAR LATITUDE 27.6 NORTH...LONGITUDE 81.2 WEST...OR 15 MILES
NORTHEAST OF SEBRING FLORIDA. THIS IS ALSO ABOUT 70 MILES SOUTH OF
ORLANDO FLORIDA.

I wonder if that .2 NORTH is the beginning of the NW turn or just a wobble?
