So fellow posters is this feature in the central Carribean he future Mathew in it's infancy stage?

Hopefully not. I didn't think conditions down there were conducive to development right now mainly due to the TUTT. Have these conditions changed, are they more conducive to development than a few days ago?

lOOKS LIKE A BIT OF A ROTATION. I WONDER IF THERE IS A SURFACE LOW. PROBABLY TO EARLY TO TELL. We will see if it survives the next few days.

Orelon Sidney of CNN has mentioned this hotspot several times this morning. She says give it a couple of days.
