i think scott_inVA (that is the guy who runs midatlantix wx isn't it)...great dedication to the storm junkies of the world and i'm pretty sure he even threw in some not so bad well thought out forecasts as well as having to upgrade his site (as did storm 2k) due to the model map traffic he was receiving
